Philippine Consulate Queensland Outreach Mission in Dalby: Led by Philippine Consul Atty. Sheryll Gabutero, with Honorary Consul staff Jesusa Say Pamittan Limpin and Friends of the Consulate Nikki DomingoRob Wenceslao, Gilbert Ordiales, Rohit Sharma, and Bob Alipalo, the outreach team connected with the local Filipino community. Accompanied by Queensland Filipino Arts Association Australia (QFAAA) President Gina Luck, Vice President Reena Gabutero-Johnson, and Secretary Josyl Miranda, the mission addressed vital topics such as Filipino workers’ rights, pension access in the Philippines, dual citizenship, and the Balikbayan visa.

The event featured a heartfelt rendition of the Philippine national anthem by Malcolm Sacramento, welcome remarks from DFACAI President Xeino Jest Sacramento, and a keynote address from Consul Sheryll Gabutero. Closing remarks were delivered by Arnel Escano, highlighting the Consulate’s dedication to assisting students and Filipino workers. Hosted by Agnes P. Cabe, President of FILCCA, the event was a remarkable success in strengthening ties with the Filipino community in Dalby.
