2 March 2024 — Honorary Consul, Attorney Sheryll Gabutero of the Philippine Consulate Queensland attended the launching of First Harvest Coffee at the Coffee Commune in Brisbane.
The event heralded a new era of coffee appreciation, showcasing beans cultivated and processed in the picturesque landscapes of the Philippines.
“At First Harvest Coffee, our beans are cultivated and processed in the beautiful landscapes of the Philippines. They originate from warm, elevated areas with distinct microclimates, ensuring a unique and exceptional flavour in every batch… Our coffee is exclusively sourced from small, close-knit farming communities with their own shared mill, making each release a genuine single-origin experience.”
The event was spearheaded by Marie-Anne Espiritu and her husband, co-founders of the business, who have tirelessly worked to bring the exquisite taste of Philippine coffee to Australia.
