• Note: Signature(s) should be witnessed within the office in front of consulate staff.

4. Bring ALL ORIGINAL VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID's and all the required documents with you on the day of your appointment.

5. All INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS may be asked to REBOOK another appointment.

6. The Consular Office ONLY NOTARIZE/ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR DOCUMENTS. It is the applicant's responsibility to continue the process with the relevant department/offices.

7. The Consular Office assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for any delay, loss or damage in the mail or while the documents are in custody of courier service. The applicant should take note of the tracking number of all envelope(s) used and/or submitted.
