Service Description
All Filipinos are required to report birth of their children, change of civil status such as marriage, which the Philippine Embassy in Canberra forwards to the Philippine Statistical Authority (formerly NSO).
The Philippine Consulate office in Brisbane is required to notarise your Report of Birth/Marriage Form, the Applicant is then responsible to send all other required documents along with notarised Report of Birth/Marriage Form directly to the Philippine Embassy in Canberra.
